Argenta updates forecasts for Syndicate 2121

Argenta Syndicate Management Limited has provided us with updated forecasts for the open years of Syndicate 2121 as follows:

Both of these years have benefitted from favourable claims development and improving expectations for investment returns. As policies written into the 2023 year are now reaching their expiry date, it has also been possible to reduce some of the provisions that are established for large and catastrophe losses.

Managing agents do not release forecasts for the youngest open year, in this case the 2024 year, now at the 6 month stage, but Argenta comments that the year is off to an encouraging start and is broadly in line with the plan for the year.
