Tax Strategy 

Argenta Holdings Limited (‘Argenta’) and its subsidiaries (‘the Argenta Group’) are wholly owned subsidiaries of Hannover Rück SE. For the financial year 2023, the Argenta Group has adopted the Tax Strategy of Hannover Rück SE as set out in the attached document.

This strategy has been reviewed and approved by the Argenta Board and as the Argenta Group is a UK subgroup it regards the publication of this tax strategy as complying with the duty under paragraph 19(2) Schedule 19 of the Finance Act 2016.
