Deceased member capacity auction: 6th-7th January 2026

We have been advised of the death of an unlimited member late last year. Consequently, an auction will be held to sell the evergreen capacity rights of the member.

As in previous years, this will be a blind auction (i.e. no interim information will be published) scheduled to commence tomorrow, Tuesday 6^th January at 9am (GMT) and will conclude on Wednesday 7^th January at midday (12pm, GMT). Details of successful bidders will be available no later than 7^th January and any members wishing to submit bids must have the funds available to settle any costs by Monday 12^th January 2025.

We have included average strike prices for each of the syndicates from last year’s auctions, including the all-auction weighted average, to assist with pricing.

Any offer to buy capacity will be considered binding on the member and any bids will be subject to the usual requirements for Argenta members. The auction rule relating to the trading of capacity applies, so no bids to buy capacity will be accepted from any member who sold capacity on that syndicate during the main series of auctions in October and November 2025.

• Any bids are for individual syndicates and not for the entire portfolio.
• There is no requirement to bid for the entire capacity released on any one syndicate.
